Published on: 07 May 2026

M. C. Kejriwal Vidyapeeth organised a First Aid Training programme on 7 May 2026 for the class monitors and assistant class monitors of Classes 6 to 9 and 11 to promote awareness about health and emergency care. The session, led by our school Sports Coordinator, Mr Biswajit Bag highlighted the importance of providing immediate assistance before professional medical help arrives.
Students were trained to handle emergencies such as nose bleeding, cuts, burns, fractures, choking, breathing problems, and shock. Special emphasis was laid on CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) and first aid for choking through practical demonstrations and guided activities.
The interactive workshop helped students gain valuable knowledge, confidence, and a sense of responsibility to respond effectively during emergencies, encouraging greater awareness about safety and wellbeing.
