The programme aligned with SDG 2: Zero Hunger and SDG 3: Good Health and Well-being, highlighting the importance of balanced nutrition in leading a healthy life.

The session was conducted by Ms Sonam Chowdhury, academic staff member and certified dietician, who engaged the audience through an interactive presentation on healthy eating habits, balanced diets, and their role in physical growth, immunity, and overall well-being.

Students participated enthusiastically, sharing their understanding of nutritious food choices, while parents contributed valuable insights on promoting healthy eating practices at home. The interactive exchange made the session both informative and meaningful.

The programme successfully reinforced the importance of nutrition and healthy lifestyle choices, reflecting the school’s continued efforts to nurture informed, health-conscious, and responsible individuals.
