Monitors' Orientation Sessions 2026

An orientation session for the Class Monitors of Junior School (2026–2027) was conducted in the Audio-Visual Room on 22 July 2026. Led by Principal, Mr Biswajit Majumdar, Junior School Headmistress, Ms Keka Mukherjee, and Academic Coordinators the session acquainted the monitors of Classes I–V with their roles and responsibilities, emphasising punctuality, fairness, discipline and leadership. The monitors were also provided with the Monitor's Record Copy and a set of rules and regulations they are expected to uphold.

A similar orientation session for the Senior School Monitors (Classes VI–XII) was held on 29 July 2026 at Malay Manch. The programme commenced with an address by the School Captain and Vice-Captain, highlighting the qualities of effective student leaders. Principal, Mr Biswajit Majumdar, delivered an inspiring address, while Director, Mr Neelkantha Gupta and the Principal formally handed over the Monitor's Record Copy and instruction sheets. Monitors from the 2025–2026 session shared their experiences and practical insights, after which the newly appointed monitors pledged to discharge their responsibilities with sincerity, dedication and integrity. The presence of Senior School Headmistress, Ms Gargi Mukherjee and the Academic Coordinators added significance to the occasion.
