MCKV Students Attend Mental Health Meet 2026

Rashi Sahani and Satabarta Banerjee of Class XI-B attended the Mental Health Meet 2026 on 9 October at Rotary Sadan, Kolkata.

Organised by Rotary International and the Mental Health Initiatives Rotary Action Group, District 3291 Chapter, with AWPEI as a supporting organisation, the meet focussed on promoting mental health awareness among students.

Experts highlighted the importance of emotional well-being, family support, self-acceptance and healthy digital habits. A key highlight was Satabarta’s participation as an MCKV representative in the panel discussion, “Behind the Smile: What Students Are Really Feeling.”

The meet reinforced the importance of emotional resilience and mental well-being beyond academic success.
