Empowering Young Minds Through Peer Leadership
Published on: 02 Jul 2026

An Orientation Programme for the Well-Being Committee Members of Classes VI to X was conducted on 2 July 2026 during the zero period. The session was led by the Class XII Student Support Associates from the Well-Being Centre.
The interactive programme introduced the young members to their roles in fostering a safe, inclusive, and supportive school environment. Through discussions on empathy, active listening, confidentiality, teamwork, and responsible peer support, the senior students inspired their juniors to become compassionate leaders and positive role models.
The initiative reflected MCKV's commitment to nurturing student leadership and emotional well-being while strengthening a culture of care, respect, and mutual support, empowering every student to feel heard, valued, and supported.
