Jishnu Bag Shines at National History Essay Competition

We are proud to share that Master Jishnu Bag of Class 9B, M. C. Kejriwal Vidyapeeth, received a cash prize of ₹2000 and a Special Mention certificate for Outstanding Research (Grade 8) at the prize distribution ceremony of the Sri Aurobindo Annual History Essay Competition (2024–25), organised by the Foundation for Indian Historical and Cultural Research (FIHCR) on 24 April 2025 in Bengaluru.

Jishnu was one of 1500 students selected for this honour in the prestigious national-level competition. His insightful and well-researched essay stood out among entries from across the country, reflecting his deep understanding of India’s historical and cultural heritage.

The ceremony was graced by Shri Tejasvi Surya, Hon’ble Member of Parliament, Bangalore South, and Shri Vikram Sampath, noted historian and columnist.
