Fostering Focus Through Yoga & Meditation

At M. C. Kejriwal Vidyapeeth, we understand that growing minds thrive best when nurtured with balance, clarity, and calm. In line with our commitment to holistic development, we are delighted to introduce weekly Yoga and Meditation sessions for selected students of Classes 6 and 7, commenced on 18 June 2025.

Guided by our school counsellor, Ms Mousumi Chowdhury, these sessions will focus on simple breathing techniques, guided meditation, and basic yoga postures designed especially for beginners. These practices, while gentle and accessible, are powerful tools for enhancing focus, emotional well-being, and inner resilience.

We believe this initiative will help students stay more attentive in class, manage stress effectively, and perform better both academically and personally.
