Chemistry Comes Alive at MCKV

On 6 August 2025, the Chemistry Department of M. C. Kejriwal Vidyapeeth organized an engaging and insightful quiz titled “From Kitchen to the Lab: The Chemistry of Living”, designed to highlight the real-life applications of chemistry.

The event was conducted by the students of Class 11 and saw enthusiastic participation from Classes 9B, 9C, 9D, and 9E. After a keenly contested competition, Class 9E emerged as the winner.

The quiz seamlessly connected textbook knowledge with everyday experiences ranging from kitchen science to common chemical reactions—demonstrating the relevance of chemistry in daily life. With a spirited audience and impressive student leadership, the event was a resounding success, sparking curiosity and a deeper appreciation for the subject.
