To offer our students a unique opportunity to connect with the natural world, M. C. Kejriwal Vidyapeeth organised an excursion to the enchanting Dhudwa Tiger Reserve, Uttar Pradesh from 23 December to 28 December 2023.

An orientation programme was conducted for the team of 32 students of  Classes 7, 8, and 9 at the National Environment Science Camp at Dudhwa where students were provided an insight into the various dare activities  lined up for them during the four days stay at the camp including a nature trail amidst teak, seal, giant ferns and wild flowers; cooking in primitive style; designing raft models; relay racing at the estuary of the river flowing in the Sheesam forest; music jamming sessions to name a few.

The visit to the Tharu tribal village and interacting with the tribal friends humbled our students and taught them to appreciate the little blessings of life. The highlights of the trip were the engaging story-telling session during the campfire, and the exhilarating jungle safari where students encountered the majestic tigers.

The adventure trip was an escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life for training our boys in various life skills. The experience was truly a life-long memory to cherish.
