students who has cleared the admission test must be introduced
to the Admission Committee by his parents.

Information deliberately suppressed or found incorrect may lead
to the cancellation of admission.

Admission procedures are conducted by the Principal, the
Headmistress and by the Managing Committee of the Governing
Body.

No
recommendation by a third party shall be entertained. Any
attempt on placing such recommendations before the
Principal/headmistress/Managing Committee either by parents or
candidate or any other person in any form whatsoever may lead to
the cancellation of the application. Similarly, any attempt at
seeking admission through dubious means such as offering
donations will debar the candidate from the list of applicants
or subsequently from the School, even after admission.

Registration fee is non-refundable.

All
receipts/acknowledgements given by the School must be carefully
preserved.

After admission test and interview, the registration numbers of
the selected students will be displayed on the school notice
board.

Failure to comply with admission requirements or procedures
within stipulated dates will automatically cancel the
eligibility of a candidate.

The
decision of the Principal shall be final and binding as far as
admissions are concerned.
REGISTRATION
Registration forms must be filled in with utmost care using
block letters, avoiding cancellation or overwriting and
submitted at the School Reception from Monday to Friday between
9am and 1pm. Incomplete or illegible registration forms will not
be processed. The Admit Card, showing the dates for
interviews/admission test, will be given at the time of
registration. Recent colored, stamp-sized photographs should be
pasted, not stapled, wherever required.
The Date of Birth of the child must be supported by a Municipal /Panchayat /Hospital
Certificate and should be attached along with the registration
form. Affidavits or any other documents in lieu of the above are
not acceptable. A photo copy of the birth certificate should
also be enclosed. The School office will return the original
birth certificate after verification.
If the parents claim SC/St status, a certificate to this effect
from the concerned District Authorities must be submitted.
